How the statistics behind membership fees are computed.

Data collection

Data is collected automatically from public sources, normalized and de-duplicated. Every record is stored with a reference to its source.

For each location and segment the median price, the price per year and percentiles are computed. Outliers are excluded.

Dynamics are computed from daily snapshots over 7/30/90-day windows.

In segments with few offers the figures can fluctuate; such pages show the count explicitly. The numbers are statistics, not an offer.
